They are spread out over eight (8) days, and will give you the basic fundamentals for you to help your child manage their anger and defiance.
I am currently writing an extensive workbook that goes into more detail on implementing behavior strategies on a consistent basis. The area of communication will be dealt with extensively as this is the key to success in managing your child's behavior, and developing the trust needed to help your child heal.
